The number of troops is maintained seriously 24/24, teams and posts are strengthened, proactively handling all situations, not to be passive or surprised, according to VNA.
In the Hua Na hydropower reservoir area, where travel completely depends on boats, Thong Thu Border Guard Station still maintains legal propaganda to each household. Officers and soldiers directly go down to each fish raft, mobilizing people to comply with regulations on waterway traffic safety.
The content of propaganda focuses on not using electric shock and explosives to exploit aquatic products; not arbitrarily carrying tourists when vehicles are not registered and licensed. At the same time, people are reminded to wear life jackets when moving, and to be fully equipped with life-saving equipment.
On this occasion, Thong Thu Border Guard Station handed over life jackets to 6 households and guided them on how to use correct techniques. After propaganda sessions, many households voluntarily committed not to violate, and the awareness of complying with regulations has been clearly improved.
At the same time, the unit strengthens patrols, inspections, and propaganda to people to strictly comply with border regulations, not to cross illegally, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
In Chau Khe border commune, the border guard force coordinates with the police and the commune military command to organize mobile patrols day and night. Each day, maintain 2-3 patrol teams at key routes, border areas and areas at risk of insecurity.
Night patrols on forest roads and remote villages require officers and soldiers to always stick to the area, monitor the situation, and combine propaganda to raise vigilance for people.

In My Ly commune, My Ly Border Guard Station deploys closed patrols throughout the border line, focusing on trails, open paths and key areas. The working groups both control the area and mobilize people not to assist in illegal entry and exit and smuggling.
The unit also maintains a strict combat readiness regime, reviewing and supplementing situations handling plans. Thanks to that, the security and order situation in the area is basically stable, and territorial sovereignty is maintained.
