Typically, the Youth Union of Dak Nhoong Border Guard Station coordinated with the youth unions of Dak Polo, Dak Mon, Dak Pek communes and units to organize social security programs, awarding 10 gifts to poor households and 20 gifts to students overcoming difficulties (each gift worth 300,000 VND).
In Ia Dal commune, Sa Thay Border Guard Station also donated 1 breeding cow worth 15 million VND to poor households; built 3 livelihood models, renovated mixed gardens, helping people develop the economy. Along with that, the unit organized flag salutes at national border markers, cleared patrol roads... thereby contributing to raising the awareness and responsibility of union members and youth for the task of protecting national territorial sovereignty.

One of the highlights is the program "A Thousand Books - Ten Thousands of Dreams" held in Ia Toi commune. Here, Sa Thay Border Guard Station coordinated with philanthropists to award 10 scholarships to poor students; donated 1,000 books and many essential equipment such as refrigerators, water purifiers, gas stoves to Ia Toi Ethnic Minority Boarding School and Nguyen Du Primary and Secondary School, in Ia Toi commune.
In the coastal border area, youth projects are also being widely deployed. For example, the Youth Union of Sa Huynh Border Guard Station coordinated with units and localities to implement the "Lighting up rural roads" model, installing 20 solar lights on the road in Dong Van residential group, Sa Huynh ward. The project helps people travel more conveniently at night, contributing to ensuring security, order and beautifying the rural coastal appearance.
In addition, border guard units also actively responded to "Green Sunday" with more than 420 union members participating; "Olympic Running Day for National Health" attracted over 500 people; planted nearly 300 new trees, contributing to improving the environmental landscape at the unit and stationed area.
In addition, the units organized 15 centralized propaganda sessions and 37 mobile propaganda sessions, attracting a large number of union members, youth and people to participate. Thereby, raising awareness and responsibility of officials, union members and people in protecting territorial sovereignty.

From specific projects and tasks, Border Guard youth have contributed to consolidating the all-people border defense posture, strengthening military-civilian solidarity, and maintaining territorial sovereignty and national border security in the new situation.
