On April 10, Corps 16 said that the unit's working delegation led by Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Commander of the Corps, visited and wished Tet to officers and soldiers of the Royal Cambodian Army units.
These are units stationed along the border line of 2 provinces Lam Dong and Dong Nai on the occasion of the traditional Tet Chol Chnam Thmay.

In the places the delegation visited, in a atmosphere of solidarity and friendship, Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa sent best New Year wishes to officers and soldiers of Mondulkiri Military Sub-region, Kratie Military Sub-region, Battalion 115, Battalion 225 and their families; wishing a new year of health, happiness, and excellent completion of assigned tasks.
Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa affirmed that in recent years, the cooperation and coordination relationship between Corps 16 and units of the Royal Cambodian Army stationed along the border lines of Lam Dong and Dong Nai provinces has been constantly consolidated and developed in an increasingly practical and effective direction. Thereby contributing to maintaining political stability, order, and social safety in the border area.
The two sides strictly maintain the mechanism of information exchange, proactively grasp, assess, and forecast the situation closely; coordinate to handle promptly and effectively arising cases, not to be passive or surprised.
At the same time, propaganda and mobilization of the masses, supporting people in border areas to develop the economy and reduce poverty sustainably are implemented synchronously and effectively. The focus is on medical examinations, free medicine distribution, and gifts for the armed forces and people of Cambodia.

Thereby continuing to affirm the close and trustworthy relationship between the armed forces of the two countries, contributing to consolidating and developing the traditional solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia to become increasingly strong, for peace, stability and development.
Representatives of Mondulkiri, Kratie Military Sub-regions, Battalion 115 and Battalion 225 expressed their joy and excitement. At the same time, they respectfully thanked the working delegation for taking the time to visit and wish traditional Tet at the units.

The units emphasized their desire to continue to preserve, consolidate and constantly tighten the traditional relationship of solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia; as well as between the 16th Corps and the Royal Cambodian Army units stationed on the border line in Lam Dong and Dong Nai provinces.

Also during this working trip, the delegation visited and offered incense to commemorate the martyrs and visited and presented gifts to encourage Team K72 of Dong Nai province, which is carrying out the search, gathering, and exhumation of martyrs' remains in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
