This is a mass mobilization activity during the peak emulation period "Autumn Red Flag Raises - compete for 3rd Prize", celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. The program was attended and directed by Colonel Doan Ngoc Qua, Deputy Commander of the 16th Corps.

Accordingly, the program has donated breeding buffaloes and cows to 179 disadvantaged households in Quang Truc and Tuy Duc communes. Each household receives 1 buffalo or breeding cow that has been fully vaccinated and quarantined. The total budget is more than 3 billion VND, drawn from the capital of the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021-2030.
Previously, 179 households in the 726 Regiment project area were instructed by technical staff on how to build livestock barns and waste treatment measures, planting techniques and processing food reserves for buffaloes and cows.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Colonel Doan Ngoc Qua, Deputy Commander of the 16th Corps, thanked the local Party committees, authorities and people for accompanying and helping the Corps complete the targets of the National Target Program.
The Colonel praised the results of the 726th Regiment, and at the same time requested the unit to continue to do a good job of mass mobilization, stay with the locality, support people to reduce poverty, develop production and improve their lives, especially in ethnic minority areas.
