The 2020-2025 term marks the innovation and solidarity in the leadership and management of the Quang Truc Commune Party Committee.
The work of Party building and developing Party members in ethnic minority areas is focused on. Party cells maintain disciplined activities, party members enhance their responsibility to the people.
The emulation movements of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", new rural construction, social supervision and criticism have been effectively implemented, contributing to improving people's lives. The commune has organized 27 meetings with voters, attracting nearly 3,000 participants.
Quang Truc's socio-economic situation has improved a lot. The total value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production reached over VND 1,634 billion, far exceeding the resolution target.
Agriculture is developing stably, with more than 3,300 hectares of cultivation, with an average income of 44 million VND/ha. With Mac ca products meeting OCOP standards, people's lives have been gradually improved, and the poverty rate has decreased significantly.
National defense and security continue to be maintained. The commune pays special attention to protecting border sovereignty and strengthening friendly relations with the government and people of Cambodia. Thereby, building a national defense posture associated with a solid people's security posture.
Ms. Thi Pel - a resident of Quang Truc commune - shared that in the past, the roads were very difficult to travel, especially during the rainy season. Now the road has been concreted, the lights have reached every house, the children in the village can go to school closer, and the health station is also more spacious.
"In particular, commune officials often go to the site, listen and quickly resolve the work. I see the government getting closer and closer to the people and taking care of the people to develop the socio-economy more" - Ms. Thi Pel shared.
Changing along with the two-level government model
From July 1, 2025, Quang Truc commune will officially operate according to the 2-level local government model. This is a major turning point, helping to improve management efficiency and serve the people.
The streamlining of administrative units helps the commune handle procedures quickly, the sense of responsibility of cadres is significantly improved. Cadres and civil servants demonstrate the working style of "close to the people, close to the people, for the people", proactively advising on socio-economic development.
The Commune Party Committee continues to promote its role as a comprehensive leader, innovate leadership methods, and uphold the principle of democratic centralism.
Socio-political organizations such as the Fatherland Front, Women's Union, Youth Union, etc. actively participate in Party and government building.
Along with that, the commune has gradually promoted digital transformation in management, provision of public services and operations through the digitalization system, increasing transparency and efficiency of interaction between the government and the people.
Mr. Duong Huy Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Quang Truc Commune Party Committee - said that before the 13th National Congress, all cadres, party members and people of Quang Truc unanimously aimed for the new term with faith and aspiration for development.
The goal is to continue building new rural areas, promoting digital transformation, developing a green economy associated with indigenous cultural identity and firmly protecting national borders.
The Congress not only summarizes a changing term but also opens a new journey, with high political determination and a spirit of solidarity and innovation.
Based on the achievements, the Party Committee and people of Quang Truc are ready to enter the 2025-2030 term with the aspiration to build an increasingly rich, civilized and sustainable border homeland.
