On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, on February 11, the Military Command (CHQS) of Khanh Hoa province coordinated with units to organize the program "Spring of Zone 5 solidarity - Tet imbued with military-civilian affection" in Nam Khanh Vinh commune.
Attending and directing the program was Colonel Vo Van Vien - Deputy Political Commissar of Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command. Also attending were representatives of units accompanying a large number of people in the commune.
The program aims to care for and support poor people, policy families, militia and reserve forces in difficult circumstances, contributing to bringing a warm spring to people in remote and isolated areas.
To organize the program, soldiers coordinated to mobilize the participation of agencies, departments and socio-political organizations, and presented more than 100 gifts to policy families, poor households and people in difficult circumstances in the area.
In addition to gift-giving activities, the program also features many cultural and artistic activities, banh chung and banh tet wrapping contests, Tet space displays, folk games imbued with traditional cultural identity, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere, strengthening exchanges, community connection and tightening military-civilian relations.
Through the program, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command continues to affirm the role and responsibility of the armed forces in mass mobilization work, contributing to building an all-people national defense associated with an increasingly solid people's hearts battle, and at the same time spreading the spirit of solidarity and affection in the community.
