On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's teaching of the Six lessons of the People's Public Security (March 11, 1945 - March 11, 2025), Kien Giang Provincial Police organized a political activity at the National Historical Relic Site of the Central Security Department of the Southern Department (in Tay Ninh province).
At the political activity, Colonel Nguyen Van Han - Director of the Provincial Police reviewed President Ho Chi Minh's precious teachings to the People's Public Security force, especially the Six Teachings that the person has conveyed in the challenging context of the country. These teachings are not only a guideline for action but also a solid foundation for the police force to continuously promote moral qualities, improve professional qualifications, serve the people and protect national security and order.
The historical site of the Central Security Department of the Southern Department is a witness to the years of heroic struggle with many feats of the Security force in the resistance war against the US to save the country. This event is not only an opportunity for officers and soldiers of Kien Giang Provincial Police to remember and express gratitude for the merits of previous generations, but also an opportunity for today's generations to continue to practice their qualities, improve their political qualities and professional ethics.
The working group visited the traditional house of Kien Giang Provincial Police at the Central Security Department of the Southern Department. This is a project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) directed by the Party Committee - Board of Directors of Kien Giang Provincial Public Security from the contribution of officers and soldiers, with a budget of about 2.5 billion VND. The project started construction in December 2024 and was completed on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's 6 lessons from the People's Public Security.
The project not only contributes to preserving and promoting good traditional values, improving the cultural and spiritual life of officers and soldiers, but is also a place to welcome groups of visitors to visit and learn about the process of building, fighting and maturing of Kien Giang Provincial Police. This is also a "red address" to organize political activities, improving the effectiveness of political ideology and education, tradition for officers and soldiers in the police force of the whole province.
