According to functional agencies, Va Giong Va, residing in Huoi Uc 2 village, Huoi Tu commune, Nghe An province, is wanted under Decision No. 01 dated November 22, 2018 of the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Provincial Police for the crimes of "Illegally trading in narcotics" and "Consuming illegal use of narcotics".

During his time hiding in Laos, the subject cut off contact with his family, changed his name and surname, and lived in a remote area, causing many difficulties for the pursuit.
