Towards the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), An Tuong Ward Police (Tuyen Quang) coordinated to organize visits and gifts from the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Ward Police to families of people with meritorious services to the revolution in the area, according to the Electronic Information Portal of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police.
The working delegation visited Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Toan (born 1950, residential group 18) and Mr. Hoang Van Vung (born 1959, residential group 19), both resistance activists infected with chemical toxins.
At the families, the leaders of the ward police cordially inquired about their health and life, expressed their gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations; and wished the families always good health, happiness, and continued to promote revolutionary traditions and educate their children and grandchildren to follow.
The activity expresses the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude" of the nation, contributing to caring for the lives of people with meritorious services to the revolution and educating patriotism and gratitude for the young generation.
The gifts given are not only of material value but also a deep gratitude to those who have contributed to the revolutionary cause.
This is also a motivation for officers and soldiers of An Tuong ward police (Tuyen Quang) to continue to promote the tradition of "For the country, forgetting oneself, serving the people", to successfully complete their tasks, contributing to maintaining security and order and building an increasingly peaceful, civilized, and developed locality.
