During patrols and inspections to ensure security and order in the area, the police of Chan Mong commune (Phu Tho) promptly discovered, coordinated first aid and took a man unconscious by the roadside to a medical facility, contributing to ensuring the safety of people's lives, according to the Phu Tho Provincial Police e-Portal.
At about 11:30 pm on July 16, 2026, while patrolling in the area of Tieu Son village 8, Task Force No. 2 of Chan Mong commune police discovered a male lying unconscious on the roadside. Through inspection and verification, functional forces identified the victim as Mr. P.N. N. (born 1980), residing in Doan Hung commune, Phu Tho province.
Recognizing that the victim showed signs of health hazard, the working group quickly coordinated with the Doan Hung road traffic first aid point and Tieu Son Village 10 Health point to perform initial first aid, and at the same time took the victim to the nearest medical facility for continued monitoring and treatment.

According to Chan Mong commune police, the unit regularly maintains patrol and control teams to proactively detect and handle arising incidents, and at the same time support people when they encounter difficulties and hardships.
