The Khuc Thua Du Commune Public Service Center, Hai Phong City, has just coordinated with villages to organize a firecracker exchange program, attracting a large number of people to participate and cheer.
The activity is organized to celebrate the success of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and at the same time contribute to preserving and promoting the value of traditional folk sports, associated with the movement "All people practice physical exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho".
Participating in the exchange were nearly 100 gunners from artillery teams of the villages: Lung Quy, Xuyen Hu, Bong Lai and Nhan Ly. The teams all had careful preparation in terms of force and technique, showing a serious and methodical fighting spirit. In uniforms, the gunners competed confidently, bringing many beautiful and accurate artillery rush shots.
The tournament is organized in the form of 10 strings of fireworks for each team, under the strict and objective management of the referee team. The matches took place safely and in accordance with regulations. The sound of fireworks in harmony with the enthusiastic cheers of the people created an exciting atmosphere, spreading the spirit of sportsmanship and community cohesion.
The organizing committee awarded the First Prize to the land firecracker team of Bong Lai village; the Second Prize belonged to Nhan Ly village; the two teams of Xuyen Hu and Lung Quy villages shared the Third Prize.
The exchange program is not only a sports playground but also an opportunity for villages to strengthen exchanges, strengthen solidarity, contribute to improving people's spiritual lives, and at the same time affirm the vitality of traditional cultural values in modern life.
