On July 29, the Gia Loc Commune Social Policy Bank (Hai Phong City) Transaction Office coordinated with socio-political organizations at the commune level to organize the signing of loan entrustment contracts in 4 communes: Gia Loc, Gia Phuc, Truong Tan and Yet Kieu.
The activity aims to continue to effectively implement the policy credit program in the area after the merger of administrative units and implement the two-level local government model. Representatives of the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and commune-level associations attended and signed contracts.
According to the contract, the Gia Loc Social Policy Bank Transaction Office assigned commune-level socio-political organizations a number of tasks in the lending process such as: propaganda, inspection and supervision of the Savings and Loan Group, organization of training, coordination in disbursement and loan management. The contract also clearly stipulates the entrustment fee, rights and responsibilities of the parties.
At the conference, Gia Loc Social Policy Bank Transaction Office also reported the results of operations until June 30, 2025 and outlined orientations for the coming time. Accordingly, the unit will continue to maintain the network of transaction points as before the merger, promote capital disbursement to beneficiaries, and apply information technology in policy credit activities to create maximum convenience for people.
