At the conference, delegates listened to the dissemination of 12 resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee related to socio-economic development, Party building, national defense assurance, village and residential group arrangement, building a civilized lifestyle, tourism development and international integration.
Among them, Resolution No. 81-NQ/TU on attracting investment in the 2026-2030 period stands out, with specific goals to attract about 150 new projects by 2030, with total registered investment capital from 70,000-75,000 billion VND. FDI capital reaches about 15,000-20,000 billion VND.
Resolution No. 86-NQ/TU on industrial development in the period 2026-2030, vision to 2050, the general goal is to make industry an important pillar of Tuyen Quang province's economy with an average growth target of over 117%. At the same time, increase the rate of deep-processed products by an average of 10%/year, the rate of trained workers reaching over 72%. 100% of operating industrial parks have centralized wastewater treatment systems, the occupancy rate of industrial parks reaches over 70%...
In Resolution No. 91-NQ/TU, Tuyen Quang province sets a goal to continue to make breakthroughs in socio-economic infrastructure development by 2030, focusing on transportation, technology, urban and industrial zones and clusters.
Accordingly, the province strives to complete the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway to Thanh Thuy border gate, asphalt and concrete 85% of commune roads and 75% of village roads, urbanization rate reaching about 35%. Complete at least 3,000 social housing units.
Tuyen Quang province will focus on completing cultural, educational, and health infrastructure, including building 17 inter-level ethnic minority boarding schools in border communes, solidifying 100% of classrooms, and investing in facilities for 100% of commune-level units and health stations.
