On the afternoon of November 5, the People's Committee of An Giang province held a meeting to approve members of the Provincial People's Committee on the contents under its authority to decide and submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. The meeting was chaired by Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong.
At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee discussed and contributed opinions on documents under the decision-making authority of the Provincial People's Committee and documents through the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
The Department of Finance reported and approved the draft: Resolution of the Provincial People's Council to adjust and supplement the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 from central budget capital and local budget capital in An Giang province; Resolution of the Provincial People's Council to adjust and supplement the 2025 public investment plan from central budget capital and local budget capital in An Giang province.
At the same time, report on the policy of budget advances to implement effective judgments in Phu Quoc special zone; report on appraisal of investment policy approval and at the same time approve the investor to implement the Mineral Exploitation - Processing Project at Nha Vo and Ca Da mountain limestone mines in To Chau ward, An Giang province of Huu Duong Company Limited; report on appraisal of adjustment of the Kien Giang Cement Grinding Factory Project, capacity of 1,450,000 tons of products/year of Ha Tien Kien Giang Cement Joint Stock Company.
The Department of Construction reported and approved the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council deciding on the investment policy for the APEC Conference Center project under the public-private partnership (PPP) method.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment reported and approved the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council regulating the list of land funds expected to be paid to investors implementing BT projects in An Giang province; draft Resolution regulating policies to support the recovery of animal diseases in An Giang province; submission to the Provincial People's Council to approve the adjustment and supplementation of the List of works and projects requiring land acquisition in 2025 in An Giang province; submission of the draft Resolution deciding on the policy of converting forest use to other purposes to implement the Phu Quoc 220kV Transformer Station Project...
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong requested relevant units to receive comments, complete documents and procedures and collect appraisal opinions according to regulations, report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and submit them to the Provincial People's Council for approval.
