From July 1 to August 19, the Provincial Police will deploy a peak period of granting level 2 electronic identification accounts to foreigners residing and working in the area.
Right from the beginning of the campaign, the Immigration Department - Hung Yen Provincial Police has carefully prepared facilities, equipment, communication lines, assigned officers and soldiers to directly receive, guide and process applications for electronic identification for foreigners.
At the One-Stop Department of the Provincial Police, many foreigners have come to complete procedures to issue electronic identification accounts. Thanks to propaganda, prior announcement and enthusiastic and open guidance from officers and soldiers of the Immigration Department, the procedures took place smoothly and quickly. During the day, the unit received and processed documents for 33 foreigners working at enterprises in the province.
Being granted a level 2 electronic identification account brings many practical benefits to foreigners. This is a tool that helps them perform administrative procedures online quickly, minimize paperwork, have direct contact, while ensuring identity authentication and protecting their legal rights when living and working in Vietnam.
The account also allows users to use digital utilities such as: authenticating information in banking transactions, registering for a house, using public services, storing electronic residence cards and legal documents on the VNeID application.
Hung Yen Provincial Police continue to promote propaganda to the foreign community, foreign employers, and industrial parks and clusters in the area to ensure the peak period achieves the highest efficiency, contributing to building a friendly, modern, safe, transparent and convenient administrative environment for all people and organizations.
