On July 25, the Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Social Crimes and evils and Building a movement for All People to Protect National Security in Binh Loc Ward organized the All People's Day for National Security Protection in 2025.
At the festival, Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee; Major General Nguyen Duc Hai - Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police - presented awards to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of All People Protecting National Security.
Also at the festival, the Ministry of Public Security presented 20 gifts to policy families in Binh Loc ward, Dong Nai province.
After being established according to the 2-level local government model, 11/11 hamlets and residential areas have maintained safety standards on security and order (ANTT) and the title of cultural hamlet, maintaining 16 self-management models on security and order, bringing practical results such as: security camera model, peaceful connection zalo, traffic safety school gate, inter-family fire prevention and fighting team, people's patrol...
Currently, the whole province has 471 models of self-management, self-defense, self-protection, self-reconciliation in security and order maintained in 95 communes and wards and has 7 effective operating models that have been replicated nationwide by the Ministry of Public Security.
The movements have been innovated in both content and form, with many good, creative, practical and effective ways of doing things, attracting and gathering a large number of cadres, party members and people to participate; achieving outstanding results in building models for security and order maintenance, crime prevention and control.
Speaking at the festival, Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham The Tung praised the achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of Dong Nai province in general and Binh Loc ward in particular have achieved.
Senior General Pham The Tung suggested that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Dong Nai province and Binh Loc ward continue to promote good, practical and effective ways of building the movement of All People protecting national security; Strongly promote the position of people's hearts in the people's security, the position of people's security and the national defense; Regularly innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the movement of All People protecting national security.
Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung also suggested that Dong Nai Provincial Police promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the 2-level local police model, strive to excellently complete the task of ensuring security and order.
