On August 14, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee launched the "Digital education movement" directly at the hall and online to 124 commune, ward and special zone locations across the province.
The movement aims to "eliminate technological fog", "eliminate digital skills fog", "eliminate information fog", bring digital knowledge to all classes of people - from cadres, civil servants, and grassroots authorities to farmers, fishermen, traders, workers and businessmen.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Ho Van Muoi emphasized that this is not only a movement of the highest level but an inevitable requirement to adapt to the digital transformation era. He called on the entire political system from the province to the grassroots level to participate simultaneously, organizing classes to popularize digital skills suitable for each target group. Especially popular with all people, regardless of age or social class.
If we do not take drastic action today, we will miss the opportunity to enter the digital economy and digital society, Mr. Ho Van Muoi emphasized.

At the launching ceremony, the Department of Science and Technology of Lam Dong province introduced the handbook "Digital learning environment" of Lam Dong province. Viettel and Lam Dong Telecommunications units also introduced shared platforms and systems to serve the operations of the two-level government of Lam Dong province.
Recently, many Departments and People's Committees at the ward level have pioneered training on the use of AI for cadres and civil servants to apply in work.

As recently, Phan Thiet Ward People's Committee organized AI training for more than 100 ward officials and civil servants. Many officials were amazed by the results brought by AI such as synthesizing reports and summarizing the content of the Resolution of many pages in just a few seconds.
In the context of a large workload, the application of technology is the key to supporting grassroots staff to work smarter, more effectively, and better serve the people.
