In particular, the plan sets a goal: in 2025, 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the public sector will have a popular "Digital education". Specifically, it includes basic contents, such as: knowledge of digital transformation, knowledge and digital skills, use of digital service platforms for work, etc.
This plan also sets a target: 100% of junior high school, high school students and students are equipped with knowledge and digital skills to serve their learning, research and creativity, have safe skills in learning and social interaction in the digital environment; 80% of adults have basic knowledge of digital transformation, have digital skills, use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment.
