Leaders of Central Highlands provinces visit parishes on Christmas occasion

Dak Nong - On the occasion of Christmas, leaders of provinces in the Central Highlands visited and congratulated parishes in the area.

Dak Lak and Dak Nong are home to many Catholic communities. Over the years, the Party, State and local authorities have always paid attention to religions and cared for the lives of Catholics.

The locality's outstanding achievements in economic, cultural and social construction and development always have the active contributions of parishioners.

On every holiday, especially Christmas, leaders, local authorities and organizations always pay attention, visit and congratulate parishes and parishioners in the area.

In Dak Lak province, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Thanh Xuan, visited, presented flowers and gifts to congratulate the Buon Ma Thuot Diocese and Dung Lac Parish Church (Buon Ma Thuot city).

Here, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan informed the priests, dignitaries, and officials about the results and socio-economic situation of the province in 2024 and the important decisions that the National Assembly passed in the 8th Session.

Ms. Xuan also informed about the socio-economic situation of the province, which continued to grow well. Cultural and social fields were maintained, national defense and security were maintained, social order and safety were ensured, and people's lives were cared for.

In that common achievement, there are active contributions from dignitaries, officials and parishioners in the province.

In Dak Nong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Council Luu Van Trung visited and extended Christmas greetings at Gia Nghia Parish (Gia Nghia city).

Here, Mr. Trung informed about the province's outstanding results in 2024. The results achieved by the province have had significant contributions from dignitaries, officials, and Catholic compatriots in the province, including Gia Nghia parishioners.

Mr. Trung hopes that the priests, parish council and parishioners of Gia Nghia Parish will continue to unite and promote the tradition of patriotism. Thereby, building a great national unity bloc, joining hands to develop Dak Nong province.

Also on the occasion of Christmas, Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi and leaders of a number of departments, branches and local authorities visited and extended Christmas greetings at Nhan Co Parish, Dak R'Lap District.
