Lam Dong - The organizing committee of the program "I love my Fatherland" has presented hundreds of gifts and scholarships to students and disadvantaged people in Lam Dong.

On the afternoon of August 23, at the Branch of Le Loi Primary - Secondary School located in Village 6, old Loc Tan Commune (now part of Residential Group 38, Ward 2 Bao Loc, Lam Dong), the "I Love My Fatherland" Program took place.

The program with the theme "Supporting to go to school" was organized by the National Volunteer Center, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and the G9 Group - For the Youth of Laughter in coordination with Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union, Bao Loc Ward 2 Youth Union.

Before giving gifts and scholarships, at Bao Loc Martyrs' Cemetery, a flag-raising ceremony "I love my Fatherland" took place.

Delegates lit candles and offered incense in memory of heroic martyrs who sacrificed for independence, unity and national construction.

The organizing committee awarded 10 scholarships (worth 1 million VND/scholarship); 10 bicycles (worth 2 million VND/vehicle) to ethnic minority students in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties and are good at studying.

The organizing committee also presented 140 gifts including pairs, notebooks and school supplies to students of Le Loi Primary - Secondary School Branch.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also presented 100 gifts including essential necessities to ethnic minorities in difficult circumstances; presented 100 portraits of Uncle Ho and 100 national flags to households in Residential Group 38 (Ward 2 Bao Loc) to build models of "Uncle Ho's Photo House" and "Fatherland Flag Road".

The total value of the program is over 100 million VND sponsored by the G9 Group - For the Youth of Laughter. The gifts are very meaningful and encourage disadvantaged students to prepare better for the 2025-2026 school year.

The program also has many meaningful activities with folk games, food stalls and a "0 VND" supermarket, attracting a large number of students to participate, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere.

Earlier, on the same morning, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bao Loc Ward 2 also coordinated with the sponsor to organize the program "Connecting Journey - Wings of Dreams" to award scholarships to students in difficult circumstances and overcoming difficulties in the area.

The program has awarded 75 scholarships (worth 700,000 VND/scholarship) to poor students, ethnic minority students who overcome difficulties and study well.
