Nghe An starts construction of 2 houses of gratitude to give to people in difficult circumstances

Nghe An - Two households in particularly difficult circumstances in Tan An commune were supported with 50 million VND each to build gratitude houses.

On the morning of August 3, Tan An Commune Police coordinated with PX03 Department of Nghe An Provincial Police, Tan An Commune People's Committee and philanthropists to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 2 gratitude houses for households in particularly difficult circumstances in the area.

Two households supported include Ms. Nguyen Thi Chau, residing in Huong Son hamlet and Ms. Truong Thi Chau, residing in Yen Son hamlet.

Each household is supported with 50 million VND. The funding is mobilized by PX03 Department of Nghe An Provincial Police in coordination with Tan An Commune Police, local authorities and philanthropists.

Immediately after handing over the support funds, representatives of units and local authorities performed the groundbreaking ceremony to build houses for the 2 families.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tat Thang - Deputy Head of PX03 Department, Nghe An Provincial Police said that the activity of supporting the construction of gratitude houses shows the responsibility and sharing of the People's Police force with households in difficult circumstances.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tat Thang, the new houses will contribute to helping families stabilize their lives, feel secure in working and gradually rise up.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Hiep - Head of Tan An Commune Police said that the locality will continue to coordinate with units and philanthropists to implement social security activities, taking care of the lives of people in difficult circumstances.
