The program took place solemnly with traditional rituals such as the flag raising ceremony, flag procession, flag worshiping ceremony and the ceremony of inviting Saint Mother. In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation offered incense, expressed gratitude for Saint Mother's merits, praying for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, and people's lives to become more prosperous and happy.
After the incense offering ceremony, the water procession of the festival takes place in the afternoon of the same day on the route from Mau Vung Temple (alley 11 Vu Dinh Can street, Dong Tien residential group) to Suoi alley (alley 155 Ly Thanh Tong, Nguyen Huu Cau residential group) and vice versa.

According to the Organizing Committee, on April 19 (ie March 3rd of the lunar calendar, the main festival day), the procession of the Holy Mother wandering will take place on a large scale, gathering about 400 participants. The procession consists of 12 palanquins with many ceremonial headings such as the Mother Tam Toa palanquin, the royal court of close mandarins, water palanquins, sutra palanquins and lion - dragon dance teams, bát âm music... In the afternoon of the same day, the Hau An Vi Duc Thanh Mau ceremony takes place.
On April 20th (ie March 4th of the lunar calendar), the festival closed with a thanksgiving and flag-raising ceremony in a solemn atmosphere, marking the end of a series of meaningful spiritual activities.
The Mau Vung Temple Festival is organized to preserve and promote traditional spiritual cultural values, meet the religious needs of the people, and at the same time promote the image of local tourism, promote socio-economic development in the ward.
