According to the report, the Son Kien Commune Public Administration Service Center reviewed, standardized and posted 400 administrative procedures in the fields at the reception and return of results department; ensuring the implementation process is in accordance with regulations, serving the needs of the people well. 100% of documents were processed on time; there were no overdue records. Currently, the commune has 100% digitized civil status records.
In My Thuan commune from July 1 to 23, a total of 392 records arose on the National Public Service Portal. Of which, 345 dossiers have been received. The on-time settlement rate was 345/345, reaching 100%. Digitized 384/392 input documents, reaching 97.96%; digitized and resolved 254/392 output documents, 254/392 documents, reaching 64.8%.
