With the theme "Solidarity Festival - Warm military-civilian relationship", this year's festival has two parts including the ceremony and the festival.
The ceremony lasted no more than 90 minutes, with activities reviewing the history of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Vietnam People's Army, reporting on achievements in emulation movements, praising outstanding families and individuals, launching emulation to welcome the Party Congress of villages (areas, hamlets) for the 2025-2027 term and the Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term.
The festival includes exciting cultural, artistic and sports activities, promoting the spirit of patriotic emulation among the people.
The National Great Unity Day is a practical activity to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day, the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army's founding day, and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day.
The event is an opportunity to encourage and motivate people to actively respond and participate in the successful organization of the election of village, hamlet and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term; and compete to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
This is the third year the Festival has been held simultaneously in residential areas in Quang Ninh province, creating an exciting competitive atmosphere, strengthening the strength of the great national unity bloc, and promoting people's autonomy.
