Currently, the South Central and Central Highlands regions, especially the provinces of Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, have to endure a particularly heavy flood, which has developed rapidly and complicatedly. Prolonged heavy rain combined with high tides has caused deep flooding of tens of thousands of houses in many communes and wards; many residential areas are still isolated and isolated, with the risk of food, foodstuffs and clean water shortages in the coming days.
In Lam Dong province alone, many places were affected by landslides, deep flooding, traffic congestion, thousands of households had to be urgently evacuated. The authorities were operating night-time to organize rescue and evacuate people to safety. The flood caused great damage to people and property, seriously affecting the lives of local people.

Along with support from the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socialized sources, the provincial budget will initially support 50 billion VND for Lam Dong province to overcome damage to infrastructure and houses for people.
Currently, about 10 tons of goods, including essential items, have been gathered in Lam Dong to be delivered to people in flooded areas tomorrow morning. It is expected that this afternoon, the first working group of Quang Ninh province will also be present in Lam Dong.
