Lighting up the TV tower for 2 days to honor War Invalids and Martyrs Day

Cao Bang - The locality held an incense offering ceremony and flower offering at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument and cemetery on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

On July 21, information from the People's Committee of Cao Bang province said that on July 25, Cao Bang province will hold an incense offering ceremony at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs and an flower offering ceremony at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025).

According to the plan issued by the Provincial People's Committee, the Incense Offering and Flower Offering Ceremony will take place on the morning of July 25 at two main locations: the Monument to the Provincial Heroes and Martyrs in Na Can and the President Ho Chi Minh Monument.

The program started at 6:45 a.m., with activities concentrated at the Memorial. At 7:00 a.m., the delegation officially performed the incense offering ceremony.

Then, at around 7:40 a.m., the group will continue to move to hold a flower offering ceremony at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument. During the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee will read a performance to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs and express their deep gratitude to those who sacrificed for the revolutionary cause.

On the same day, a delegation will hold a visiting ceremony at the Chinese Martyrs' Cemetery, demonstrating a sense of humanity, respect for history and international friendship.

The Provincial People's Committee has also assigned specific tasks to relevant agencies and units to ensure the celebration takes place solemnly and thoughtfully.

The Provincial People's Committee Office is in charge of logistics, preparing flowers, appraising performances from; the Department of Home Affairs takes care of cleaning and logistics at the Martyrs' Monument; the Provincial Military Command and Police sends forces for ceremonies and ensures security and order.

In addition, the provincial TV tower will be lit continuously from July 25 to 27, contributing to creating a festive atmosphere throughout the province.

All implementation funds are taken from the state budget in 2025 and implemented in accordance with current regulations.

Through this series of meaningful activities, Cao Bang province demonstrates the morality of "Remembering water when drinking", arousing the spirit of patriotism, national pride and responsibility of today's generations in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
