On July 25, the Naval Region 4 Training Center organized many activities to pay tribute to families with revolutionary contributions and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs in the area.
The above activity was held to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025).
On July 24 and 25, in Bac Cam Ranh ward, the Naval Region 4 Training Center presented 10 gifts with a total value of more than 5 million VND to mothers of martyrs, wounded soldiers - sick soldiers and children of wounded soldiers - sick soldiers.

The Party Committee and Commanders of the Center also organized meetings, visits and presented gifts to war invalids and soldiers with serious illnesses in the unit.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Mao - Deputy Political Commissar of the Training Center - expressed his deep sharing and encouraged the war invalids to overcome difficulties, promote the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
On this occasion, the Naval Region 4 Training Center offered incense and flowers at the Vietnam - Soviet Memorial and coordinated with the Nha Trang Central Pedagogical College Youth Union to organize an incense offering ceremony at Hon Dung Martyrs' Cemetery.
This is an annual activity demonstrating the morality of "Remembering the source of water when drinking", expressing deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of defending the Fatherland, especially the protection of sovereignty over the sea and islands.
The activity also contributes to educating revolutionary traditions, patriotism and sense of responsibility for today's cadres, soldiers and the younger generation.
