On June 24, according to the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Electronic Information Portal, Khanh Trung Commune Police just coordinated with Phuc Hai Parish to organize a conference to propagate drug prevention and control and high-tech crime prevention and control for a large number of parishioners in the area, implementing the Action Plan for Drug Prevention and Control Month 2026.
Attending the conference were Father Dinh Tuan Anh, representatives of the Pastoral Board of Phuc Hai Parish and a large number of parishioners. On the side of the police force, there were commanders and police officers of Khanh Trung commune.
At the conference, the commander of Khanh Trung Commune Police disseminated the situation and harms of drugs to individuals, families and society; and at the same time informed about the methods and tricks of drug criminals, measures to prevent, detect and denounce illegal acts related to drugs.
In addition, the Police force also informed parishioners about new methods and tricks of high-tech crime, especially acts of fraud to appropriate property in cyberspace such as impersonating police agencies, procuracies, and courts; impersonating bank employees; fraudulently investing in finance, securities, and virtual currencies with high profit commitments; recruiting collaborators to earn money online; and seizing the right to use social media accounts to borrow and lend money.
Khanh Trung Commune Police also guide people on skills to recognize, preventive measures, raise vigilance, protect personal information and property when participating in the online environment; promptly notify the Police agency when detecting suspicious signs related to crimes and law violations in cyberspace.
Through the conference, the awareness and sense of responsibility of parishioners of Phuc Hai Parish in drug prevention and control, crime and social evils prevention and control has been raised. The activities also contribute to promoting the role of religious organizations and people's masses in the movement "All people protect national security", building the great national unity bloc, and maintaining political security and social order and safety in Khanh Trung commune.
