Accordingly, the City-level relic ranking for the following relics: Historical and cultural relic of Hoang family temple and Hoang Viet Ban Palace, Co Do commune, Hanoi city; Historical and cultural relic of Thanh Diem communal house, Lien Minh commune, Hanoi city; Historical and cultural relic of Thanh Cau pagoda (Quynh Lam pagoda), Thach That commune, Hanoi city; Historical and artistic relic of Phu Thu pagoda (Hung Son pagoda), Thach That commune, Hanoi city; Historical and cultural relic of Cam Bao communal house, Thach That commune, Hanoi city; Historical and cultural relic of Hoang Xa communal house, Thach That commune, Hanoi city.
The relic protection area is determined according to the minutes and maps delineating the relic protection areas in the scientific dossier requesting relic ranking.
After the relic is ranked, the People's Committees of Co Do, Lien Minh, Thach That communes are responsible for publicly announcing the relic protection zone and organizing the preparation of landmark planting dossiers and deploying landmark planting on the ground according to their authority and current legal regulations; issuing decisions to establish the Relic Management Board; organizing the management of the site and space of the relic, all artifacts belonging to the relic, activities to protect and promote the value of the relic, using revenue from the relic according to the provisions of Decision No. 61/2025/QD-UBND dated September 26, 2025 of the Hanoi City People's Committee on decentralization and regulations on state management authority in some socio-economic fields in Hanoi city.
Strictly prohibit all construction, exploitation, and illegal use activities in the relic area that has been ranked and protected areas. In special cases where land use is required, construction at the relic must be permitted by the Hanoi People's Committee.
The City People's Committee assigns the Department of Culture and Sports, People's Committees of communes: Co Do, Lien Minh, Thach That where the relic is ranked above, within the scope of their tasks and powers, to perform state management of the relic according to their authority and regulations of the law on cultural heritage.
