According to reports from the Department of Culture and Sports and related units, the ceremonial and festival parts are being implemented according to the schedule. The opening art program has completed the script, and artists and actors are entering the rehearsal phase. The stage system and stands at Dinh Tien Hoang De Square have also been installed, ready for the big festival.
Logistics work such as printing invitations, delegate cards, and vehicle cards has been fully implemented. Ceremonial activities undertaken by Tay Hoa Lu Ward People's Committee are carefully prepared, and at the same time, propaganda is promoted in many rich forms, maximizing existing communication channels.
The space of the relic area, especially the area of the temple of King Dinh - King Le and the festival yard, has been synchronously renovated, creating a solemn appearance. Plans to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting, traffic, environmental sanitation, health and power sources have also been built and proactively implemented.
In Hoa Lu, Tay Hoa Lu and Nam Hoa Lu wards, visual propaganda is promoted. Thousands of flags, banners, and panels are installed on roads and key points. Tay Hoa Lu ward alone is expected to hang more than 4,400 turns of flags along with dozens of slogans and panels, and at the same time mobilize most households to hang national flags during the festival.
The Hoa Lu Festival in 2026 has a special meaning, marking 1,058 years since Dinh Bo Linh ascended the throne as Emperor (968 - 2026). This is not only an occasion to show gratitude for the merits of predecessors but also contributes to arousing national pride, and at the same time promotes the image of the ancient capital Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh to a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
