Cho Con is one of the famous tourist destinations for tourists when visiting Da Nang. The name Con Market dates back to the 40s of the last century, simply because at that time, the market was located on a high island in the heart of the city and was known as that by local people.

Located in the center of Da Nang, at the intersection of Hung Vuong and Ong Ich Khiem streets, this market is open from 7am to 7:30pm every day. The market has a scale of more than 2,000 stalls, divided into 3 areas: indoor food area, outdoor area, dry goods area.

From the market gate, visitors will find the indoor food area divided into 2 rows, with many stalls close together. One row sells all sweet soups such as sweet soup, smoothies... The other row sells salty dishes such as banh canh, bun au, Quang noodles, fried rice... The dishes all have reasonable prices, ranging from 15,000 - 50,000 VND/dish.

Outside the market, countless Da Nang specialty restaurants are packed with alleys, with all kinds of attractive flavors such as Hu tieu, Quang noodles, banh xeo, banh flour, dry beef salad... Each stall is equipped with tables and chairs for customers to enjoy on the spot, even if it is only enough to serve about 5 - 10 customers at the same time.
Although the shops at Con Market have a modest space, they are extremely convenient for visitors who want to enjoy a series of delicious special dishes in just one visit. You don't need to go far, just take a walk around the market is enough to fill your stomach with the dishes you love.

Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hung (1990, Hanoi) shared: "I have been to Da Nang many times, but every time I come, I visit Con market to enjoy food and buy gifts to bring home. Local specialties are available here, suitable for both breakfast and lunch. The shops in the market all have menus and clearly list prices".

In addition to the food court, the dried food area at Con Tinh market is a paradise for visitors to freely shop for Da Nang specialties as gifts after each trip. Here, you can find all kinds of items, from snacks to dried seafood, displayed by attractive traders at affordable prices.
To have a complete culinary experience in the "Paradise" of Con market, visitors should have a clear plan to enjoy it before coming, avoid getting full too early without having time to try all the delicious dishes.
Another useful advice is to visit the market at least an hour before closing time, to be able to experience the cuisine here.
