A full portion of vermicelli including vermicelli, shrimp sauce, spring rolls, beans, pale beef, duck eggs, surface and yellow broth with many beautiful crab bricks. As revealed by the owner, the shop can sell 100kg of vermicelli in just 5 hours in the morning.

When trying the first spoon of broth, Mark Wiens was surprised because it could feel many flavors at the same time. Beef tough, fresh surface, soft duck eggs, easy to eat. Overall, the vermicelli is rich and delicious. A full bowl of vermicelli is priced at 75,000 VND.

Bun oc

Mark Wiens tasted Bun Oc at Bun Oc Co Hue, located on Nguyen Sieu District Hoan Kiem District. As soon as he arrived at the shop, he was excited because of the full, cleaned snails displayed at the door, next to the beautiful yellow broth pot from tomatoes.

Instead of hot bun OC, Mark Wiens decided to try cold bun oC. The way of eating this dish is quite interesting. The sweet and sour fish sauce is contained in a large jar to keep cold. When guests ordered, the shop started to get fish sauce, filled with 5-6 large screws. Guests dip the vermicelli directly in this fish sauce and enjoy.

Mark Wiens assesses the cold and salty fish sauce. Snails are large, crispy, slightly viscous but feel fresh. He kept rubbing because the dish has a unique taste, completely different from the hot bun OC.
