In the space of the "Autumn Food Festival" at the 2025 Autumn Fair, people and tourists can explore the culinary quintessence of 34 provinces and cities across the country. In addition to enjoying delicious cuisine, visitors can also learn and experience the process of making some typical dishes of each region directly.
At Thai Nguyen food stall, people were delighted to see the Tay people's sticky rice cake brewing process live. In the vibrant fair space, the fragrant sticky rice with just cooked food was poured into the round tray by artisans at Thai Nguyen food court and then began to pounding. According to the shout, each plowing beat resounds, one beat after another until smooth and smooth.

After being chopped with sticky, fragrant cake crust, the artifacts wrap inside the peanuts, sesame, sugar, and roll them well. Small, pretty sticky rice cakes with sweet fillings and spices become a simple gift that attracts visitors when coming to Thai Nguyen food court.

At Tuyen Quang food court, in the slightly chilly weather, diners exclaimed by the hot and foul-smelling corn pho pot. From the corn seeds in the highlands, people have created a unique corn pho dish with colors and flavors.
According to the craftsman at Thai Nguyen food restaurant, the corn being ground into flour will be mixed with enough water to make the cake. The baking time on the boiler is 2 - 3 minutes, and when cooked, it will be dried. After the corn cakes are dried, slice them and enjoy with the broth and meat.

Ms. Pham Le Vy (Dong Da District, Hanoi) said: "I have heard about the famous corn pho of Tuyen Quang for a long time, but have not had the opportunity to go there to enjoy it. Visiting the 2025 Autumn Fair, I had the opportunity to directly see the bowl of rice paper, dry pho noodles as well as enjoy the unique flavor. This is a memorable experience".

In addition to Thai Nguyen and Tuyen Quang food stalls, at some food stalls such as Dong Nai province, diners can watch the chefs prepare fried sticky rice. From a small handful of flour, stir-fry in a pan of fat into a big, round sticky rice cake, creating a curious attraction for tourists.
