"3 brothers" restaurant is owned by Ms. Hoang Thu Hien (Dong Da, Hanoi). She said, the reason the restaurant was named "3 Brothers" was because she and her two brothers previously started a business. However, later her two brothers gave up cooking pho, leaving only her to continue.
According to the owner, the ingredients in a bowl of mixed chicken pho include: pho noodles, mixed water, salad bean sprouts, dried onions, roasted peanuts, herbs eaten with a bowl of soup stewed from chicken broth. Ms. Thu Hien said that the secret to making a delicious bowl of mixed chicken pho lies in the ingredients of the dish. In particular, the vermicelli mixture and dried onions are all prepared by her herself, without buying pre-processed items.
“On average, the restaurant sells about 400 bowls of pho every day. In winter, the number of pho sold will be even more. To make a delicious bowl of mixed chicken pho, the pho ingredients must be delicious first. Moreover, she sells pho with the heart, she cooks for customers the way her family eats" - Ms. Thu Hien shared.
In addition to the usual mixed chicken pho, diners can order pho mixed with chicken thighs, pho mixed with boneless chicken feet. The restaurant also serves many other dishes such as: mixed vermicelli, chicken porridge, noodle soup, noodle soup...
The shop is open from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, the busiest time is in the morning from about 8:00 am to 9:00 am. The shop space is relatively spacious, including the front area and three indoor floors.
Mr. Doan An Hai (Cau Giay, Hanoi) experienced mixed chicken pho for the first time at "3 Brothers" restaurant and said: "I found the pho noodles chewy and soft. The rich mixed water is very suitable for taste. In addition, the chicken is also very tender and eaten with dried onions, roasted peanuts and coriander, so it is very fragrant."
