Ca Can hu tieu has been around for over 50 years but still retains the traditional flavor of My Tho hu tieu. The restaurant attracts hundreds of diners every day thanks to its famous hu tieu and dumpling dishes.

The most famous dish in Ca Can is the dry rib hu tieu. The hu tieu here are made from pure rice flour, so they are chewy, soft, and not mushy like hu tieu at other restaurants.
