Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuong (59 years old, owner of a sticky rice restaurant) said that he has been selling sticky rice ice cream for 35 years. Previously, the restaurant opened on the sidewalk of Nguyen Du Street. Then it was moved to the current Minh Khai street for sale. Since opening the restaurant, Mr. Phuong has welcomed many regular customers. There are customers who have eaten sticky rice since the first day, but now they still come back to visit the restaurant regularly.
