The mixed chicken pho restaurant on Dang Tien Dong street (Dong Da district) is one of the favorite addresses of pho lovers in Hanoi.

Simple to prepare but with an attractive flavor, mixed chicken pho is always a dish that attracts a large number of diners.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhien (Dong Da, Hanoi) - manager of the most popular chicken pho restaurant That Tam on Dang Tien Dong street, said: "The restaurant has been open for 4 years now, on average we sell about 800 - 900 bowls of pho every day, on weekends it can be up to a thousand bowls."

“Regarding pho noodles, the restaurant has to import about 120kg on weekdays and more than 140kg on weekends to serve enough customers,” she said.

Ms. Nhien said that the type of chicken used to cook chicken pho is sugarcane chicken imported from Hoa Binh. This type of chicken has the characteristics of firm meat, natural sweetness, golden yellow skin, and crunchy texture. This is one of the main factors to create a delicious bowl of mixed chicken pho.

A bowl of mixed chicken pho will have sweet and chewy chicken, soft pho noodles mixed with rich dressing, roasted peanuts and fried onions with crispy, fragrant taste, served with blanched bean sprouts and herbs. All the ingredients in the mixed chicken pho bowl blend together to create a harmonious, delicious and irresistible flavor.

The dressing is the soul of this chicken pho version. The dressing has the aroma of fried garlic, sweet chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice… adding a rich, harmonious flavor.

In addition to the attractive mixed chicken pho, the restaurant also serves chicken pho with a variety of choices such as: chicken breast pho, mixed chicken pho, chicken thigh pho... depending on the diners' eating preferences.

Mr. Vu Van Nam (Dong Da, Hanoi) - a regular customer of the restaurant, said: "I have been eating here for 3 years now. I find the pho broth to my taste, not too salty or too bland, the chicken is chewy and not mushy like many other places."

Ms. Mai Ngoc Ha (Cau Giay, Hanoi) tried mixed chicken pho at the restaurant for the first time and was satisfied.

“I love chicken pho, especially mixed chicken pho, but many places have too salty broth. Everything here is fine, the chicken pho is delicious and the price is reasonable, so I will definitely come back next time to support the restaurant and enjoy the chicken pho broth” - Ms. Ngoc Ha shared.
