Located on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 3, Bun cha 29 is one of the rare bun cha restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City that retains Hanoi's authenticity. According to artist Tran Thanh, this is the best bun cha restaurant he has ever eaten.
The restaurant owner, Mr. Quang Hung, said that the restaurant's facility 1 is located on Yen Phu Street, Tay Ho District and has been open for more than 30 years. However, because Tran Thanh encouraged and motivated him, he decided to open another branch in Ho Chi Minh City. Although it has only been open for nearly a year, the restaurant has received a lot of support from diners because of its quality flavor.

Tran Thanh said that bun cha is an easy dish to make but not delicious. In addition, fish sauce is an important factor in deciding whether a vermicelli dish is delicious or not. If the fish sauce is salty, the dipping sauce and ham will easily get bored, thirsty, and not be able to eat much.
The noodles at the restaurant are clean, fresh, served with chopped, minced, grilled meat. Tran Thanh and singer Pham Duy Anh commented that the grilled meat was fragrant, soft, and juicy, not dry. The fish sauce is clear, delicious, not too salty. In addition, the restaurant also has crab spring rolls with crispy shells and sweet crab filling, suitable for those who cannot eat pork or fat.

In particular, the restaurant is famous for its minced sausage that is much larger than other restaurants. This is also the dish most requested by many diners. Tran Thanh shared with a " profound eat and drink" person like him that the large portion of chopped pork fat was really delicious.
The male MC commented that the flavor of bun cha at the restaurant is almost completely similar to the Hanoi establishment. Because the owner is a native Native American, the restaurant has a traditional flavor, different from other restaurants with owners who are Saigonese and try to "impersonate" flavors outside of Hanoi.

Singer Pham Anh Duy also believes that the restaurant has a reasonable price, a cool space, and quality flavors. This will be the address he often comes to eat when he remembers traditional bun cha.
Bun cha at the restaurant costs 60,000 - 90,000 VND. In addition, diners can order more meat spring rolls and crab spring rolls for 15,000 - 25,000 VND.
