On May 21, New Viet Dairy Company organized the New Viet Dairy Expo 2026 event at Autograph Collection lobby - Vinpearl Landmark 81 (HCMC), gathering more than 1,600 guests who are F&B business owners (Beverages and Food), professional chefs, restaurants, hotels, distribution partners and experts in the culinary service industry.
The event is considered a connecting point of the F&B community with a series of experience activities on ingredients, processing techniques and operating solutions in the field of restaurants - hotels according to international standards.
The highlight at New Viet Dairy Expo 2026 is the display space for high-end food ingredients such as butter, milk, cheese, meat and imported seafood. The experience area is designed according to the "miniature restaurant" model, recreating Asian-European culinary styles along with Pastry, Artisan Bakery and modern mixing bar spaces.

Through practical experience activities, businesses introduce the application of materials in the operation of restaurants, hotels and modern F&B models.
Besides the display area, the Live Cooking Show series with the participation of 12 domestic and international chefs and culinary experts also attracts the attention of attendees. The performances focus on processing techniques, optimizing raw material costs, building menus and improving customer experience in the high-end service segment.
Some chefs participating in the event include Le Xuan Tam, Nguyen Van Tu, Cam Thien Long, Pauline Lagdameo and Bertrand Sommereux.
