Right from early morning May 1st, main roads such as Tran Phu, Pham Van Dong... began to be more crowded than usual. The flow of vehicles stretched towards the coastal area, tourist wharves and attractions.
However, traffic in general is still smooth, and there has not been prolonged congestion like some peak holidays before.
Along Tran Phu beach park, the atmosphere became busier with many families and groups of friends taking advantage of checking in, swimming, and playing in the sunny weather.

Records show that destinations such as Hon Tre, Hon Mun, Hon Tam... attract many tourists to participate in swimming, diving to see corals, and having fun at sea.
In the inner city area, the number of visitors has also increased but there has not been a situation of overcrowding. At the Oceanographic Museum, Ponagar Tower, from the morning, quite a few families brought young children to visit.

Meanwhile, eco-tourism destinations such as Yang Bay Tourist Park, Kong Forest Tourist Area have slightly increased in visitors, the space is still quite relaxed. Tourists are mainly family groups and young people looking for natural experiences.

Mr. Nguyen Phi Hong Nguyen - Deputy Head of the Travel Association, Khanh Hoa Tourism Association - said that the reason why the number of visitors has not increased sharply is because this is only the first day of the holiday. Tourists mainly choose sea and island tours because they are suitable for the weather and short experience time.
Representatives of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 6 said that the volume of vehicles from southern provinces began to pour into the eastern highways through Khanh Hoa. As it got closer to noon, the traffic volume gradually increased but no congestion occurred.
Expressways passing through the area such as Van Phong - Nha Trang, Nha Trang - Cam Lam, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao are arranged with 100% of personnel at intersections prone to congestion to promptly divert traffic, and at the same time strengthen inspection and handle the situation of passenger overcrowding.
