Northwest beauty captivates international tourists

International tourists are fascinated by the majestic beauty of the Northwest

Immediately after setting foot in Vietnam, Mr. Jonathan - a tourist from Australia and his companion David began the most anticipated journey of the trip - Ha Giang Loop.

Before coming to Vietnam, Jonathan had seen many videos of this route on social networks. However, he believes that the images on the internet still cannot fully portray the beauty of real life.

I thought I had prepared myself, but when I saw with my own eyes the continuous mountains, winding roads and vast valleys, I was truly overwhelmed. The scenery in real life is even more impressive than what I have ever seen," the male tourist shared.

During many days traveling through the famous routes of Ha Giang Loop, Jonathan said that each curve opens up a completely different scene. Some places are majestic rocky mountains, some places are vast green fields, interspersed with peaceful villages nestled at the foot of the mountains. For the two male tourists, the most special thing about Ha Giang is not only the scenery but also the feeling of freedom when immersed in nature.

I have traveled through many countries but very few places bring a feeling of both majesty and peace like Ha Giang. Every time I stop to admire the scenery, I want to stay longer," Mr. David expressed.

Besides the scenery, local cuisine is also one of the memorable experiences for the two tourists. As soon as they arrived in Ha Giang (now Tuyen Quang province), Jonathan and David stopped at a local restaurant to enjoy their first meal.

We ordered a bowl of beef pho and a plate of spring rolls. I really liked it. The pho has a rich but delicious broth, and the spring rolls are crispy and fragrant. These two dishes are perfectly in my taste," Jonathan expressed.

Not only liking food, Jonathan also praised the friendliness of the Vietnamese people. He recounted that during the journey on Ha Giang Loop, many people actively smiled, greeted or enthusiastically guided when they saw the two foreign guests still bewildered.

Although the weather on the journey was not completely favorable, Jonathan said that did not reduce the excitement when exploring the beauty of the northern mountains of Vietnam. He shared that in the early days of the trip, the sky was clear, the scenery appeared majestic and poetic. However, when continuing to travel about 180km towards Sa Pa, both suddenly encountered heavy rain.

The weather in the early days was very nice, but the further we went, the heavier the rain became. However, we still decided to continue the journey because we had booked a hotel in Sa Pa beforehand. Honestly, the rain did not make the trip less interesting, on the contrary, it made the scenery on both sides of the road more magical. It was a very memorable experience," Jonathan shared.

The male tourist said that amidst the rain and mist covering the mountains, the natural scenery brings a beauty very different from sunny days. Terraced fields, villages nestled on the mountainside and winding roads appear faintly, creating a scene that makes him unable to take his eyes off.

For Mr. Andrei - a tourist from Singapore who had a wonderful experience when setting foot in Sapa. According to the visitor, Sa Pa has a very unique beauty that no other place can replace. If the United States is attractive by the diversity of nature, and Switzerland is famous for its majestic mountains and poetic scenery, Sa Pa is memorable for its sea of clouds, terraced fields, villages nestled on the mountainside, and the peaceful rhythm of life of the highland people.

Sa Pa makes me feel very relaxed. I can spend hours just admiring the scenery and enjoying the atmosphere here. That is a very different beauty and I will definitely remember it for a very long time," he expressed.
