The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the North is generally from 12-15 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas below 8 degrees Celsius. The temperature in the North Central region is generally 14-17 degrees Celsius, from Quang Binh to Hue is generally 16-19 degrees Celsius.

There will be rain in some places in Hanoi and cold weather. The low temperature in this cold air mass is generally 13-15 degrees Celsius.
In the Gulf of Tonkin, strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, waves 2.0-3.5m high. The North East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) has strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, waves 3.0-5.0m high.
From the night of March 6, the sea area from Quang Tri to Ninh Thuan will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas. Waves are 2.0-4.0m high.
Due to the influence of cold air, on the day and night of March 6, the North and Central Central regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
The severe cold in the mountainous and midland areas of the Northeast is likely to last until around March 8. From March 9, the temperature in the North and Hanoi will increase. However, it will continue to rain with drizzle and humid mud next week.
