Advice for tourists:
Closely monitor weather forecasts before and during the trip, especially in mountainous areas with risk of heavy rain, thunderstorms and rapid weather changes.
Limit movement when heavy rain and strong thunderstorms occur, especially on mountain passes, high mountainous areas and roads with complex terrain.
Do not stand under large trees, near power poles or high structures when there is a storm, because there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Proactively wear raincoats, anti-slip shoes and waterproof items, and protect your phone, camera and electronic devices when going outdoors.
Avoid areas along streams, rivers, taluys and points at risk of landslides during or after heavy rain; do not try to cross flooded road sections.
Prioritize flexible schedules, choose safe attractions and be ready to change or postpone outdoor plans if heavy rain, thunderstorms or dangerous weather warnings appear.
