From the night of November 15-23, the Northern and North Central regions will have rain in some places. Ha Tinh and the North of Quang Tri will have rain, some places will have moderate rain. Cold at night and early morning, some places in high mountains are very cold; from around November 18, the weather will turn cold, some places in the mountainous areas of the North will be very cold.
Area from South Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa: there is a possibility of widespread heavy rain. It is forecasted that from November 20 onwards, the weather will gradually warm up. During the day, the temperature will increase back to 26-27 degrees Celsius, while at night it will remain 16-17 degrees Celsius. It will be sunny, less rainy, and the humidity will be stable.
Although the temperature has recovered, experts recommend that the temperature difference between day and night is still quite large. People should adjust their outfits accordingly when traveling outdoors, especially at night and early morning.
In general, the cold spell will only last for a short time, concentrating around November 18-19, then Hanoi will return to the typical warm state of sunshine in late autumn.
