It is forecasted that by 7:00 p.m. today, the center of the storm will be at about 22.4 degrees North latitude - 120.5 degrees East longitude, in the sea along the southwest coast of Taiwan (China) and gradually weaken. The storm is moving north-northeast at a speed of about 10-15 km/h. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 89, gusting to level 11.
