In the afternoon and night of December 13, the North Central region will have moderate rain, heavy rain with common rainfall from 30-60mm, locally very heavy rain over 100mm. Warning of the risk of heavy rain (>100mm/3 hours).
The South Central Coast region of the North is cloudy, with scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms; the South is cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms.
Other areas will have cloudy skies with rain in some places. People and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms that can cause tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
