The Northern region will have cloudy skies with rain in some places. Light wind. Cold, some places are very cold, very cold. The lowest temperature is from 13-16 degrees Celsius, the highest is 17-20 degrees Celsius, in the Northwest region, some places are below 10 degrees Celsius.
The Hanoi area is cloudy, with light rain at night and early morning, and some rain later. Cold air continues to affect cold rain in Hanoi until midweek.
From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, the sky will be cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. Northeast wind level 3, some places level 4, gust level 6-7. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
The Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers; in the late afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms.
People and tourists coming to the North and Central regions need to bring warm clothes, heat allowances, prepare umbrellas, and raincoats to prevent sudden changes in weather.
