On September 13, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An areas will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, common rainfall of 20-40mm, locally over 100mm.
From the night of September 13 to September 14, the area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Tri will continue to have heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms, common rainfall of 100-200mm, locally over 350mm.
At the same time, the midland and delta areas of the Northern region, the south of Son La and Phu Tho, Hue City and Da Nang City will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, common rainfall of 30-60mm, locally over 100mm.
