The Northern and North Central regions will have scattered rain and light rain tomorrow.
From around tomorrow night, the area from Quang Binh to Hue will turn cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the North is generally from 12-15 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas below 8 degrees Celsius; in the North Central region, it is generally 14-17 degrees Celsius; from Quang Binh to Hue, it is generally 16-19 degrees Celsius.
There will be rain and light rain in the Hanoi area, from tonight the weather will turn cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is generally 13-15 degrees Celsius.
The Central and South Central regions will have scattered showers from tomorrow. The North will be cold from tomorrow night.
