The opening night took place at Nguyen Hue walking street and the headquarters of the City People's Committee with an art program combining 3D Mapping, sound - light, symphony music, and harmony. Ethnic music and dance performances, badminton singing, traditional martial arts, street art, modern dance... are performed at many locations around the center.
At Ben Bach Dang Park, the audience will enjoy the talented singing, flower boat performing and water sports such as flyboard, sailing, water jets. In particular, on the night of April 19, there will be a 2,000-dollar drone display combined with fireworks, creating a spectacular scene in the city sky.
Consecutive art activities across Ho Chi Minh City from April 19 to April 30
During the festival, stages on Nguyen Hue Street will perform the programs "City Colors", "Young music", "Future Journey", gathering folk, contemporary and international artists.

The parade - parade will include 4 traffic signs, 36 parade blocks, and 12 parade blocks. It is expected that there will be more international blocks from Laos, Cambodia...

The parade route will be divided into 4 routes after the blocks pass through the stage:

Route 2: Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Loi - Le Lai - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Tao Dan Park;
Route 3: Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Nguyen Dinh Chieu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Hoa Lu Stadium;
Route 4: Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Dien Bien Phu - Hai Ba Trung - Le Van Tam Park.
